St Tydfil Shopping Centre
Description: Refurbishment and reconfiguration of St Tydfil Shopping Centre, Merthyr Tydfil. The works included the removal of existing access ramps, provision of new lift/stair cores, replacement of external facades, new hard-landscaping and provision of new lighting, street furniture, signage and benching to enhance the public realm.

Key Issues: managing the various phases of the works to ensure the safe delivery of the project in a 'live' fully operational shopping centre; maximising the scope of the works within a finite budget
