Description: Redevelopment of a former airfield located in Filton, Bristol comprising of 2,700 new homes, schools, doctors surgeries, retail and leisure including hotels, bars, restaurants and sports facilities. The first phase comprised of 48 unique, terrace properties and 25 apartments.

Description: The construction of two residential blocks containing 83 one and two bedroom apartments and 12 Townhouses on a remediated site on Cardiff Bay

Description: The project comprised of the reconfiguration, extension and conversion of a former Tesco staff welfare area and storage facility into six , two bed, residential apartments for sale on the open market.

Key Issues: Complex structural alterations and strengthening to the metsec frame to allow for new window openings and the additional loads imposed by the residential apartments; amendments to the foul and storm water drainage through third party demise; enhancement of the existing building fabric to ensure compliance with building regulations incl. acoustic and thermal performance
Description: Overseeing the delivery of an enabling works contract including site clearance, access roads, incomings services, drainage and flood mitigation measures for the construction of 120 new residential units on the site of a former hospital

Key Issues: working along side and within the boundary of an ancient woodland; careful management of ecologically important species and fauna; provision of extensive ground and surface water attenuation; closing out complex matters relating to pre-commencement planning conditions
Description:
Construction of 37 residential properties on a site at Cwmbach, South Wales. The units vary from 1 bed flats to 4 bed houses. The project was funded by M&G and managed by Trivallis.

Key Issues: Management of key stakeholders including Bellerophon, Trivallis and the planners; coordination of site surveys, investigation works & services diversions; infill project including managing expectations of neighbouring property owners; sloping site with significant level changes; implementation of MMC building techniques
Description: Wholesale refurbishment of a series of large adjoining prestigious residential premises located on the banks of the River Thames, Bray

Key Issues: Management of key stakeholders including international client, design team and contractor; working adjacent to a fully operation hotel; coordination of site activities including procurement of FF&E from suppliers based in the far east; working in the confines of a listed building of historic national importance
Description: The redevelopment of a former hospital site in the centre of Barry to form thirty, 1 and 2 bed apartments as well as three assisted living units for people with specific life limiting disabilities.

Key Issues: Overseeing the implication of a detailed project recovery plan following the insolvency of the main contractor including preparing schedules of outstanding works; Managing the procurement of residual packages to practical completion to ensure that the project did not exceed the original budget; despite the initial set back the project was successfully delivered with exemplar units which were nominated for various awards.
