Description: Refurbishment of 72,000 sqft of commercial space in Knightsbridge, London to form a new corporate headquarters for Babylon Health Limited. The project comprised of the formation of open plan agile working environments, meeting and collaboration areas, private gym and fitness studio, cafe and external terrace.

Description: 38,000sqft CAT A refurbishment and CAT B fit out of three floors of a prominent commercial property in the harbourside area of Bristol

Description: The project comprised of the strip out, consolidation and CAT A & B refurbishment of Bevan Brittan LLP’s London headquarters at Fleet Place House. The works included the provision of an open plan agile working environment with associated break out, meeting and collaborative working areas, staff teapoint, reception and client meeting suite.

Description: Fit out of a two 12,000sqft floors of a CAT A office in the centre of Birmingham to form a regional headquarters. The works included client suite, open plan agile working environment with associated collaboration and quiet rooms, reprographic hubs, printer stations, tea points and staff breakout areas.

Description: Following the successful conversion of this landmark building in the harbourside area of Bristol, Cubix have been retained by BBLLP to provide advice in relation to their corporate HQ in Bristol. These works have included significant refurbishment and reconfiguration projects as well as minor alterations for both the headline tenant and their sub-tenants including WSP , Close Brothers, FRP and Chartwell.

Description: Ethicall specialise in the provision of innovative telephone based fundraising for charitable organisations. Following the growth of the core business the company acquired a building overlooking the floating harbour in Bristol. The works comprised of the refurbishment and fit out of the new premises to form a unique environment which included slides between the floors, feature artwork, bespoke staff breakout areas and meeting suites.

Description: The fit out of standard Cat A office accommodation to form a new regional office for Maxim Integrated. The fit out works included the provision of new test facilities, comms rooms, reception area, open plan offices, meeting suites and staff break out areas.
Contribution: Cubix were appointed by Maxim Integrated (USA) to provide local Project/Cost Management and CDM advice and assist their International Implementation Director deliver the scheme.
